Our health reviews

Designed to help you plan a healthier future

Our bespoke health reviews are designed around your individual needs and goals.

Your consultation will take 40 minutes and include a detailed discussion of your medical history, current situation and what you’d like to achieve.

Our clinician will then recommend the examinations and tests which will give you the information you need to take control of your health.

Often we can carry out any required tests during this appointment, however some may need be scheduled in for a later date.

We charge a set fee for the initial consultation and there may be additional charges depending on the tests required. Your clinician will explain any additional costs during your consultation and there is no obligation to go ahead with any tests.

Some of the common concerns our health reviews can help with

Each of our health reviews are planned individually for your needs. These are some examples of how we create a bespoke health review for your personal concerns:

Tired All The Time (TATT) health assessment

When you’re constantly feeling tired or run down, this can impact every aspect of your life. Our TATT health assessment aims to find the root cause of your tiredness and plan a way forward.

Cardiac health assessment

Heart disease is the second most common cause of death in the UK and the most common among men. A cardiac health assessment will give you a full picture of your heart health and the information you need to plan a healthier future.

Nutrition and lifestyle health assessment

This health assessment focuses on your food and lifestyle choices, identifying whether you are giving your body what it needs, and where there is room for improvement.

Full body health assessment

Our full body health assessment is designed to give you the peace of mind that you know exactly what is going on throughout your body. It also gives us the opportunity to find early warnings of disease, greatly improving your prognosis.

Cancer risk assessments

Some people have a genetic mutation which increases their risk of developing certain types of cancer. Genetic testing will tell you if you have specific mutations. If your test is positive, this gives you the opportunity to reduce your risk of developing cancer, for example through lifestyle changes, regular screening, medication or surgery.

Sexual health assessment

Discreet and confidential, our sexual health assessment is suitable whether or not you are experiencing symptoms of a sexually transmitted disease.

How our health reviews work

What to expect when you book an appointment

We'll find a time that suits you best

We’ll arrange your health review at a time that suits you best, whether that’s right away or whenever is convenient for you.

Bespoke health reviews for your individual needs

Whether you’re looking for a straightforward check-up or something more in-depth, we’ve got you covered. We’ll design a health review package that’s just right for you.

Your health review appointment

Your health review will take 40 minutes. Generally this will include all the examinations and tests required to meet your needs, but in some cases these may need to be done at a second appointment.

If investigations requiring external analysis are performed, such as blood tests or imaging, we can book a follow-up appointment during your visit, to discuss the results face-to-face, or on the telephone if appropriate. Please note that some highly specialised genetic and cancer screening blood test results may take up to 6 weeks.

By the end of your review, and any required follow-up appointments, you will have a clear picture of your health and what steps to take next.

Expert medical care

All of our clinicians have a minimum of 10 years’ post-graduate experience. In addition to their exceptional level of expertise, they are friendly, approachable and will support you every step of the way.

Rest assured, you’re in the best possible hands.

Your health review will take 40 minutes, although, in some circumstances, follow up appointments may be required for tests or test results.

We will be able to review some test results straight away. For blood tests and other samples, we send them to a nearby laboratory and you’ll get those results within 24 hours, although some specialised tests may take longer to analyse. If a follow-up appointment is needed, this will be booked during your review, to coincide with when results are expected.

Some of our health review include the option for genetic testing to identify whether you have an increased risk of developing certain conditions, such as cancer and heart disease.

Making the decision to have a genetic test is difficult. You should carefully weigh up the advantages and disadvantages. You may wish to book a pre-review consultation to discuss this with us or we can recommend counsellors you can speak to.

No, we do not offer video appointments – we believe in a more personal approach.

Meeting you face-to-face allows us to carry out any necessary tests – taking care of everything there and then.
