How we can help
We’re here to support you in taking proactive steps, so you can feel more in control of your health.
The Trucheck™ Intelli blood test is designed to detect circulating tumour cells (CTCs), which are released by malignant tumours but not by non-cancerous or inflammatory tissue.
It can distinguish up to 70 types of solid tumours, which account for 81% of all cancer cases and 84% of cancer-related deaths in Europe. The test can provide vital insight at an early stage.
In clinical studies, Trucheck™ has shown an overall sensitivity of 88% across all cancer types and stages.
This test may be suitable for you if:
- You have a family history of cancer
- You wish to include cancer screening in an annual health check
- You may be at higher risk of developing cancer
- You’re aged between 40 and 70 and have never been diagnosed with cancer
Our aim is to support and reassure you and ensure that, should you receive a positive test result (that indicates you may have cancer), you are immediately referred to the appropriate treatment centre and provided with any additional support you need.

Frequently asked questions
Your questions answered
Trucheck™ Intelli is a blood test that can detect up to 70 different types of cancer in asymptomatic individuals.
It detects cancer by the presence of circulating tumour cells (CTCs) and clusters of CTCs which are released by malignant tumours into circulation but not from non-cancerous (normal, benign tumour, inflammatory) tissue.
Trucheck™ Intelli further analyses these CTCs to identify the tumour’s molecular signature, to determine the tissue or organ they originated from. This increases the speed and efficiency of diagnosis.
Trucheck™ Intelli has 88.2% sensitivity in detection of cancer across all stages and types, and a further 93.1% accuracy in determining the tissue or organ of origin in positive cases.
Therefore, even early stage cancers are reliably detected, often before symptoms appear or before detection on imaging.
Medical research publications relating to Trucheck™ Intelli blood test methodology:
Trucheck™ Intelli is designed for individuals without symptoms who want to take a proactive approach to their health.
It may be particularly suitable for those with a family history of cancer, individuals at higher risk, or anyone wishing to include cancer screening as part of their routine annual health check.
It is generally recommended for people aged 40 to 70 who have never been diagnosed with cancer and have no current clinical or radiological suspicion of the disease.
Test results are usually available within 14 days. As soon as we receive them, we will contact you to arrange a consultation to discuss them in more detail and the best steps going forward.
