Experienced clinicians providing quality care

Dr Kiran Marr MB BS, FRCEM
Medical Director
Qualifying from the University of London in 2001, Emergency Department Consultant, Dr Marr brings with her over 20 years of NHS experience, in the hospital environment. She has a wealth of experience in assessing and treating patients, presenting with both injuries and illnesses, which can be managed in hospital and in the community.
She completed her post-graduate training in Emergency Medicine at a busy central London Major Trauma Centre and became a fellow of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine in 2013.
Subsequently appointed as an A&E consultant in Hampshire, Dr Marr then moved to West Sussex to start a family and continue with her career.

Dr Judith Virjee MB BS, MRCP
Acute Medicine Consultant
Dr Virjee qualified in medicine from the University of London in 2005. Since then she has focused her attention on acute medicine, becoming a Specialist in Acute Internal Medicine and General (internal) Medicine in 2015.
Dr Virjee’s expertise has lead to her being appointed as a supervisor for undergraduate and newly qualified doctors. She also has a specialist interest in palliative care.

Emily Trembath
Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Clinical Lead
Emily Trembath is an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of frontline NHS experience in Urgent and Emergency care. She is passionate about providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality care tailored to each patient’s needs. She is known for her warm, approachable manner.
As a Clinical Lead in previous departments, Emily has guided teams through major service improvements, always putting patients at the heart of every decision. She is an Independent Nurse Prescriber skilled in treating minor injuries, illnesses, and paediatric conditions.
One of Emily’s specialist areas is children’s continence. Her passion for supporting children with continence difficulties has grown from personal experience, alongside extensive further study and specialist training in paediatric continence. Emily places great importance on listening to both the child and their family, ensuring each care plan is shaped around their concerns, goals, and daily routines.
Emily believes that great healthcare comes from genuine listening, clear communication, and a commitment to continuous learning—values she brings to every patient interaction.

Sarah Grigg
Senior Executive Assistant
Sarah manages our reception and administration – combining a friendly welcome with excellent organisational skills.
Originally from the Peak District, Sarah has extensive experience working in healthcare, having spent fifteen years at a private practice in Windsor.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking, cycling and candle making.

Trudi Garnham
Practice Manager
Trudi has lived in the area all her life and brings a wealth of experience from working in the hospitality industry in various roles.
As a previous business owner in Littlehampton, she understands the importance of customer service and community.
Outside of work, Trudi loves spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends. She enjoys foreign travel, swimming, cycling, and cooking.
